2.2.8 Update

  • Webphone:
    • Added different statuses to the desktop app icon in tray and taskbar:
      • Online/offline
      • DND enabled
      • Missed call
      • New voicemail
    • Call parking x CRM
      • When a call goes into ‘Call parking’: if it is not a contact, but the customer details are found in the CRM, the customer's name will be displayed along with the phone number. 
    • СRM notes
      • Now the notes field will expand as the text grows.
