- Browser and desktop Webphone:
- ‘Services’ tab > Voicemail
- If the call had a caller ID prefix and reached Voicemail, this prefix will be displayed near a number in the ‘Received on’ column
- Sound waves
- To make it easier to understand that the sound is coming from the other person, a sound wave was added around the caller avatar. If the wave is there but you can't hear anything, it means there is a problem with the equipment.
- ‘Services’ tab > Voicemail
