Wholesale

  • Now when a customer goes through manual identity verification, they are also required to upload a utility bill
    • As before, uploaded documents are available in the customer's account history
  • If a customer has passed automatic verification through Stripe, then in the customer's history you can immediately follow the link, which will take you to the Stripe portal with details about verification
  • ‘Inbound DIDs’ tab > DID pricing templates:
    • Now you can automatically update DID services when the DID pricing template is updated: manually or in bulk during
    • If the DID pricing template has an active link to the DID service, details of this service are displayed in the details
    • The layout of the DID pricing template has been updated
  • ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > DIDs
    • Now the service ID is displayed for each number

Channel

  • Please note that if you used your own domain to send emails to customers, but it was not verified, it has been replaced with the billing system domain
    • You can add your own domain and verify it: ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Email configuration’ section
    • Also, now it’s allowed to edit the ‘Accounts email’ and use your own domain for it
