  • ‘Inbound DIDs’ tab > ‘DID pricing templates’ section > select a template > Rates
    • New code 767 for inbound SMS
    • The fee for one inbound SMS is set in the ‘Connect’ column
  • For numbers that have already been purchased, it is also possible to set a fee for incoming SMS
    • ‘Inbound DIDs’ tab > ‘Inbound rates’ section > create a new rate with code 767 for the number you have already purchased and set a fee in the ‘Connect charge’
