Now, you can effortlessly control your participation not only in call Queues but also in Ring Groups directly from the Webphone.

Furthermore, gain immediate visibility and adjust your status for ‘Call Flow Control’ objects, ensuring your availability always reflects your real-time situation. 

For administrators, granular control remains key: you can enable or disable this user-level management within the PBX settings.
