Device Management in Your Webphone

We’re committed to putting you in full command of your communications. That’s why we’ve enhanced the ‘Settings’ tab in your Webphone with a powerful new 'Device Management' section.

Now, customising your call handling is simpler and more intuitive than ever. No need to go to the PBX admin panel. Right from the Webphone you can easily:

  • Manage your devices: choose exactly which registered devices will ring for incoming calls.
  • Set your ring strategy: change the ring mode, adjust the ring duration, and define the order in which your devices ring.
  • Control call diversion: add or remove external numbers for diverting calls and adjust confirmation prompts for external diversions.
