We’re thrilled to unveil a complete redesign, bringing its look and feel in line with all our other services for a truly seamless experience.

But it’s not just about aesthetics. This update delivers powerful new controls for your team:

  • Custom Queue Colours: Instantly identify each queue by assigning it a unique colour.
  • Per-Wallboard Time Zones: Set an individual time zone for each wallboard display, moving beyond the old global PBX setting.
  • Smarter User Filtering: Quickly filter users in the list, perfect for agents in multiple queues.
  • Enhanced Caller Info: The caller ID prefix is now clearly displayed for every call.
  • Accurate Agent Status: We now show only available users ready to answer calls, not just the total attached.
  • Visual Alerts: Critical states are highlighted—red when all agents are offline, and orange when all are on other calls.
