Previously, users of our desktop and browser Webphone faced a limitation: when a second call was placed or received during an active call, transferring either call was impossible. This meant ending one connection to complete a transfer—an inefficient process for busy professionals.

We’re pleased to announce this restriction has been removed. You can now perform blind or attended transfers seamlessly, even with two active calls on your line. This powerful upgrade transforms your capability to manage multiple conversations.
