Greater Control Over Call Parking Access

Previously, access to Call parking objects was broadly applied for all users with the Webphone. With this new update, you can now precisely configure which users are able to utilise a specific Call Parking object. This allows for a more secure and organised telephony setup, ensuring that only the relevant team members have access.

To support a smooth transition, all existing Call Parking objects have been automatically updated with the ‘All Webphone users have access to this object’ setting enabled. This means your current configurations will continue to operate without interruption.

However, for enhanced security and a streamlined setup going forward, all newly created Call Parking objects will have this setting disabled by default. When creating a new object, you will now need to explicitly define which users have access.
