3.1.6 Update

  • You can now change the name of the Website widget button to anything you like
    • PBX > ‘Website widget’ object settings > Widget customisation > Button name when collapsed
    • 30-character limit
  • Australian customers can now top up their balance using PayID
    • ‘Billing’ tab > ‘Bills and payments’ section > One-off payment > PayID
    • This option may not be available to all customers
  • We have also completely revamped all login screens: Customer Portal, Webphone, Queue Wallboard, and Call Parking Wallboard—which now feature a consistent design, an improved user interface, and enhanced security
