3.1.6 Update

Wholesale

  • The payment method used to pay a specific invoice is now displayed
    • ‘Invoices’ tab > select an invoice > Receipts > Payment method
  • You can now search for invoices that have been paid using a specific payment method. The search uses a ‘contains’ operator, meaning you can enter part of the name; it doesn’t have to be an exact match
    • ‘Invoices’ tab — new ‘Payment method’ filter
  • Added settings to automatically block new customers' calls if they have breached at least one ASR rule
    • ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Global configuration’ section > ASR monitoring:
      • New customer account age, days
      • Automatically block new customer accounts
  • You can now connect a new payment gateway in Australia to process payments via PayID (we are also working on adding PayTo)
    • To accept payments, you need to register on the Monoova platform
    • ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Resellers’ section > Channel defaults > Payment parameters
