Name Your Website Widget Button

You can now fully customise the name of your Website Widget button, giving you greater control over how it appears to visitors on your site.

This update allows you to replace the default button label with any text that better matches your brand voice or call-to-action.

To update the button name, navigate to:
PBX → Website widget → Widget customisation → Button name when collapsed

Please note that the button name is limited to 30 characters.

This small but impactful change helps you create a more personalised and user-friendly experience for your website visitors.
