Manage DND Directly from Your SIP Device

We’ve enhanced Busy Lamp Field (BLF) functionality on SIP devices to give you better visibility and control over PBX user's Do Not Disturb (DND) status. 

Monitor DND status of colleagues
Simply add *user_internal_number to your BLF key. You’ll instantly see whether another user has enabled DND.

Toggle your own DND from the device
Dial *your_internal_number to enable or disable DND on your own extension. 

No additional firmware required – just update your BLF configuration.
