Webphone Mobile 2.2.0: Call Parking and Voicemail Improvements

The latest 2.2.0 update for the Webphone Mobile app introduces new ways to manage calls and customise your experience.

The ‘Voicemail’ tab has been renamed to ‘Services’, where you will now find the new ‘Call parking’ page. This feature lets you view parked calls in real time, pick them up, or transfer them with ease. You’ll also receive notifications whenever a new call enters the parking lot. If preferred, these notifications can be disabled via Dialpad > Profile > Notifications.

We’ve also improved voicemail management. A new search function has been added to the ‘Voicemail’ screen, and you can now quickly update a voicemail’s status directly from the list using the green or red icons.

In addition, the app now allows you to disable haptic feedback and green action notifications under Dialpad > Profile > General.
