Webphone now supports alphanumeric sender IDs (SMS IDs), giving businesses a more recognisable and professional way to send SMS messages.
Instead of displaying a phone number, you can now show a custom sender name: such as your company or brand name — helping recipients instantly identify who the message is from. This can improve brand visibility, trust, and customer engagement.
Please note that alphanumeric sender IDs support outgoing text messages only. Replies and incoming SMS messages cannot be received when using this feature.
