Notification Object Now Supports SMS Messages

The 'Email notification' object has been renamed to 'Notification' and now supports SMS messages as well as emails.

You can now configure SMS notifications by selecting the SMS plan to use, choosing an SMS-enabled number or (in Australia only) an alphanumeric SMS ID as the sender, and adding multiple recipient numbers. Custom message content can be created using variables such as the caller’s number or the number that received the call.

The 'Notification' object offers complete flexibility. You can send SMS messages, emails, or both simultaneously when a call passes through the object. This makes it easier to keep teams and customers informed using the communication channels that work best for them.
