When an incoming call is received from a contact listed in the global phonebook, the wallboard will now display the contact’s name instead of their phone number. This makes callers easier to identify at a glance.
We have also improved browser tab labels. Previously, multiple Queue wallboards were difficult to distinguish because their tabs looked identical. Each browser tab now displays the name of the corresponding Queue wallboard, making it easier to find and switch between them.
