New Queue Exit Path for Unavailable Users

cover-queue 2.webp

A new exit path is now available for the PBX ‘Queue’ object, giving you more control over how calls are handled when no queue users are available.

If every user in the queue is either offline, has their queue membership disabled, or has Do Not Disturb (DND) enabled in the Webphone, the call can follow the ‘All users offline or on DND mode’ path.

To use this option, connect this exit path to another PBX object in the call flow. This allows calls to be automatically redirected to an alternative destination when no queue users are available to answer.

A quick search will help you find answers, to most of the FAQ's.
