  • Browser and desktop Webphone
    • Moving a call to another device
      • If you have at least two devices, a new button is now available in the Webphone during one-to-one calls. You can select the device to which you wish to move the call. When a call is moved to another device, it ends on the current device and appears as an incoming call on the device to which it was moved. The other party will remain connected throughout the process
    • You can now control your audio devices directly from the call interface
    • The phonebook to which a contact belongs is now displayed wherever the contact appears: during a call, in SMS chats, in the call history, in voicemail, etc.
    • If a contact has an email address, you can now quickly send them an email
  • PBX
    • A new setting in the ‘SIP trunk’ object allows notifications to be sent when calls are attempted while all channels are busy
    • The ‘Website widget’ and ‘SIP trunk’ objects now display a warning indicator when the number of channels is insufficient
