Yealink Skype for Business Firmware Call Transfer Process

Please note these transfer methods should only be used for Skype for Business certified Yealink devices. 

Attended Transfer: To initiate an attended transfer on a Yealink handset using the Skype for Business firmware, first start by pressing the transfer button on the screen of your handset. This will then place the caller on hold and open up your second line key. Now dial or select the user you wish to transfer the call to. Once the caller has answered press the on screen transfer button again to complete the attended transfer.

Blind Transfer: To initiate a blind transfer on a Yealink handset using the Skype for Business firmware press the hard transfer button on your handset, which is located on the bottom right hand corner of your phone. Then select or dial the user you wish to transfer the call to and then hang the phone up.
