Agent & User Call Reporting


reports allow you to see the volume of inbound and outbound calls made, answered, and missed, for each User or Agent. These reports also include the total and average duration of inbound and outbound calls for each user.

Scrolling down will take you to some bar graphs showing outbound call volume, call duration (inbound and outbound combined), and the volume of inbound calls against outbound calls for each User. 



Much like the other reports, you can filter for specific things. In this case, you can specify a date range, and you can filter by user. This useful if you wanted to view only statistics for a smaller group of users or even a single user.



The user reports can also be downloaded. Downloading as PDF will give you the table and graphs above. Downloading as CSV will give you a table with the data from the reports.
