1.9.12 Update

Channel partner

  • Now it's possible to connect a partner portal with HubSpot CRM in: Settings tab > Integrations. This integration allows to synchronise customer accounts with contacts in CRM. For example, if a new customer account was created, a new contact in CRM is being created automatically. Also, customer account status changes also synchronise automatically so that a contact's information in CRM was always up to date (TRIAL > ACTIVE > CANCELLED).

  • Now it's possible to connect a partner portal with HubSpot CRM in: Settings tab > Integrations. This integration allows to synchronise customer accounts with contacts in CRM. Wholesale voice

  • Customers tab > choose > Subscriptions > Available services. Two new types were added: partner and wholesaler services.

  • Services tab > Internet / Partner services / Wholesaler services > choose > Subscriptions — now it's possible to subscribe and unsubscribe customers to these services from here.

  • Trunks tab > Channel usage report. Previously a report was showing both outbound and inbound calls simultaneously. Now you can see a report for both types independently. Also, for inbound calls there's a new filter: DID supplier.

  • Reseller partners > choose > Integrations — now it's possible to connect a reseller's portal with HubSpot CRM. This integration allows to synchronise customer accounts with contacts in CRM.
