1.9.16 Update

Channel partner

  • Now if the client country in the service address does not match the billing country, then the 'GST/VAT applies' setting will automatically be set to 'No'. Previously a mismatch could cause errors in invoices.

Whitelabel partner

  • Now if the client country in the service address does not match the billing country, then the 'GST/VAT applies' setting will automatically be set to 'No'. Previously a mismatch could cause errors in invoices.

Wholesale voice

  • It is now possible to search for customer accounts via phone numbers that are linked to their accounts. These are inbound DIDs, registration or verification numbers.

A phone number can be in any format and style: spaces, brackets and + can be entered — a search will work anyway

  • Administrators with advanced invoicing rights are now shown all invoices by default: from both channel and whitelabel partners.
