Activating User Portal

Note:  To learn about User Portal please follow our User Portal Overview

How to setup - Step by Step

  1. In the user object, add an email address and send an invite
  2. Follow the instructions in the email to set the password
  3. Login into the User Portal with selected details

Note:  Only one email can be used per User Object, the same email cannot be applied to different users.


How to setup – Visual Guide

  1. In the user object, add an email address and send an invite
  2. Follow the link to set the password for the User Portal
  3. Use the email set in User Object and Password that was set, to login into User Portal

Note: At the bottom of the login page there are options to choose other languages that are available.
