Webphone end user set up


  • To learn about Webphone, please follow our Webphone Overview
  • Only one email can be used per User Object, the same email cannot be applied to different users.

How to setup

  1. The User will receive an invite to set their password. 
  2. Use the email set in User Object and Password that was set, to login into Webphone

Note: At the bottom of the login page there are options to choose other languages that are available.


Downloading the desktop app

  1. After the password has been, login to the webphone. 
  2. Click on the download app option.
  3. Use the email and password, to login into the desktop app.
