Webphone Configuration


  • Unassigned or newly purchased SIP Device Licence
  • Activated Webphone, please see Activating Webphone

How to setup

  1. In the User Object, enter the User's email address
  2. In the User Object, select Add and choose Webphone from the dropdown menu
  3. In the pop-up window, select Create New Webphone
  4. Choose the available device and click Add
    Webphone is now added under devices.
  5. Save User Object
  6. Webphone is now available
