1.9.32 Update

Channel partners

  • Reports tab > Balance transactions — added a filter by type of transaction.

  • Integrations/API tab > HubSpot — added the ability to display the status of a customer verification directly in HubSpot CRM. Information on how to do this has been added to the corresponding article (link to it can be found in HubSpot integration settings).

  • Integrations/API tab > HubSpot — HubSpot API key has been removed as HubSpot no longer supports it. If you still have not switched to private app access token and you are using this integration, please do so. Instructions are in the field hint about private app token.

Whitelabel partners

  • Services tab > select any service section where margin is available >
    • Default margin for a service section — completely redesigned the margin change mechanism for the service section. You can now choose which services will receive the new margin and which will not. You can also change existing subscriptions: some will have their margins updated and others will be left as they are.
    • select service > Update — you can change the margin for all existing subscriptions of this service or leave some as is.

Wholesale voice

  • Customers tab > select a customer > Call plans — now you can search for a call plan not only by subaccount, but also by the name of the call plan, the call package (if any) and the name of the user to whom the call plan is attached.

  • Invoices tab > filters — there is a new 'Status' filter that allows you to display only open invoices, only closed invoices or all at once.

  • Settings tab > Payment gateways > GoCardless & Stripe — there is a new setting for cancelling a transaction if it is in 'pending' status for X days.
