Generating IPND Data

In Wholesale Portal

  • Navigate to Settings > Global Configuration > emergency-services


  • Fill in your details as provided by IPND Manager.

    Note: This will be required to be done only once initially; hence this step can be skipped on consecutive data exports

  • Export data by clicking on Export emergency addresses

  • In the pop-up, select your requirements.

    Hint: Export all DIDs from the system for your initial submission or periodic complete IPND upload. Any upload in between can be limited by unticking the box and only uploading changes between the uploads.

  • The generated file will be in IPND required format with headers and footers with your data and is Zipped.

  • Unzip and follow IPND requirements for encrypting and uploading
