Recommended Zendesk My Tickets View

 

Recommended View, My Tickets

  1. Click on Manage views.

  2. Click on the verticle more options next to the view My Tickets.

  3. Clone view.

  4. Change the name & remove 'Copy of'.
  5. Click on Save.
  6. Sort/add the Columns for your View. We recommend keeping Columns highlighted yellow on the left-hand side of your View.

  7. Group by Status and Ascending.

  8. Order by Latest Update and Ascending.
  9. Click Save.


    When your View is configured, it will look like this:
