Channel partners
- A new 'Support tickets' section is available for customers in the 'Support' tab. To activate it for customers of a particular partner, you need to fill in the following settings: 'Reseller partners' tab > select a partner > 'Details' — Zendesk domain / Zendesk admin user / Zendesk admin password.
- There is a new delivery option when customers order equipment: 'Fixed price shipping' (it appears as 'Shipping and handling' to customers). This can be configured in: 'Settings' tab > 'Courier companies' section > fixedPrice.
- Added a setting to manage device licence limit per user in billing ('Order services' > 'PBX licences' section > 'Users, devices and call plans'). 'Settings' tab > 'Global configuration' section > signup > max_device_licenses_per_user
