Handling inbound website quote requests

  1. Search for the email address provided in the New quote request email in HubSpot.
    • If the contact does not exist in HubSpot create a new HubSpot contact.

  2. Search the from email address on the New quote request email in HubSpot. Click on the contact to access it.

  3. Find the email you want to reassign to expand it.

  4. In the bottom right, click on associations.

  5. Click on Contacts & search for the new HubSpot contact.
  6. Tick the contact you want to assign and remove the search.
  7. The email will now be associated & appear with the contact you have assigned.
