How do I check a customer's account transaction and related commissions?

In order to check the customer's account transactions, calls, and commissions earnt, you will need to click on the customer's "Account Balance" (ref. 4.) tab.

Select the date range (ref. 5.) you are interested in.

The data will be populated along with a summary of available and pending commissions earnt for the period selected along with call statistics for the period.

  • Customer account balance (ref. 4.)
  • Customizable date range for the query (ref. 5.)
  • Individual calls listed (ref. 6.)
  • Summary of commission available and pending (ref. 7.)
  • Total call statistics and commission for the selected period (ref. 8.)
