How do I assign a non-VoIPcloud recurring service?

Sometimes there will be a requirement to create and assign a non VoIPcloud created recurring service.

For example, if you were wanting to charge a customer a monthly service fee.

You will need to create the new service and then you will need to assign it to the appropriate customer.

Click on the “Services” (ref. 1.) tab and click on the “Add” (ref. 3.) button.

After creating the service, you will need to assign it to the customer. Select the created service and click on the “Subscriptions” (ref. 4.) tab.

Look for the customer and drag them over to the “Subscribed Customers” (ref. 5.) panel.
