In order to do this, you need to prepare a mass email template first, you can create or edit existing templates under the "Mass Email Templates" (ref. 2.) tab.
To send the template to customer accounts, select the appropriate "Mass Email Template" (ref. 3.) and click "Send Email to Recipients" (ref. 4.).
