How do I restore a deleted customer?

There may be times you will need to look up a deleted customer and perhaps restore
them.

You can do so by going to the “Customers” (ref. 1.) tab and then clicking on the “Show deleted” (ref. 3.) button.

Note that this button is a toggle and always restores a customer by pressing the “Restore Deleted” (ref. 6.) button.

Note: If the customer account has a "Status: Trial" and "Verification Status: Not Verified", 30 days after the creation date, the system will automatically delete the customer account.

If the customer account has a "Status: Trial" and "Verification Status: Verified", 30 days after the creation date, the system will automatically convert the customer account to "Status: Active".
