How do I check the VoIPcloud service status?

If you are ever having an issue with a cluster of your customers, it is a good idea to check the service status area on your reseller portal.

Note: If there are "Reported Issues", please be aware our Technical Support team will be investigating the issues and you will receive updated notifications. 

If you are receiving issues with a cluster of your customers, but there are "No Reported Issues", there could be multiple factors regarding the situation. For example, several of your customers may be with the same ISP and they are currently experiencing drop-outs, because this is a third-party related issue, this will not be reported by VoIPcloud.
