How do I check for payment account (payment method) failures?

Payment accounts refer to the payment methods added to the account to pay off or top up the account. There are times when the automatic payment requests to the payment methods fail (for example if a credit card has expired).

To check the status of the payment account for a customer, you can look up the customer (ref. 3.) and click on the “Payment Accounts” (ref. 4.) tab to look for the number of failures listed against the payment method.
