How do I apply a once-off charge to a customer’s account?

Once-off charges can be applied to a customer account for things like out-of-hours service fees or consultation fees.

You can do so by clicking the "Add charges" (ref. 5.) button on the "Account Balance" (ref. 4.) tab and specifying the description of the charge along with the value of the charge.

Note: The charge effectively moves credit from the customer account over to your reseller account.
