How do I migrate DIDs between customer accounts?

Introduction 

As Whitelabel Partners controls the relationship between all customer accounts, you can also control where the Inbound DIDs are assigned. In this article, you will learn how to migrate DIDs from one customer account to another.

How to migrate Inbound DIDs

1. Open: Inbound DIDs tab > Inbound DIDs

On the right-hand side, you will see a drop-down menu for Customers (ref. 3.), once you have selected your appropriate customer, all reserved DIDs will be listed under that customer account.

2. Select the DID Number you wish to migrate to the other customer account (ref. 4.), and then click "Migrate" (ref. 5.).

3. Under the customer drop-down menu, select the new customer account you wish to migrate the Inbound DID to (ref. 1.), once selected, click "Migrate" (ref. 2.).

4. To confirm that you have migrated the correct Inbound DID to the customer account, you can check within their Subscriptions tab (ref. 4.).
