2.0.7 Update

Wholesale voice

  • ‘Services’ tab > Voice generator — this is a new type of service for a 'Voice generator by AI' service in the customer portal (‘Order services’ tab > Voice artist > Voice generator by AI). Customers will not have access to the new service if it is not added to the service group (‘Services’ tab > Service groups).
  • 'Customers' tab > select a customer > Administrators —  added a new button to verify customers during their support. Verification can be done either by SMS or email. The customer will need to provide the code they received. 
  • If the customer has paid in full the invoice which contains the equipment (including the "Security deposit), an equipment_order email will be sent to: 'Settings' tab > Global configuration > mail > Support email.
  • 'Customers' tab > select a customer > Details - new checkbox called 'Skip when checking for abandoned accounts'. Useful if the account is important but rarely makes calls or payments.

Channel partner

  • 'Customers' tab > select a customer > Administrators —  added a new button to verify customers during their support. Verification can be done either by SMS or email. The customer will need to provide the code they received. 

Whitelabel partner

  • 'Customers' tab > select a customer > Administrators —  added a new button to verify customers during their support. Verification can be done either by SMS or email. The customer will need to provide the code they received.
