Wholesale voice
- ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > Subscriptions:
- Added a colour to each subscription type to make them easier to distinguish visually.
- Added a filter to display only the type of subscriptions you need.
- ‘Services’ tab > Report:
- Added a column with information about activation/deactivation fees.
- Added a column with reseller commission.
- It's now possible to see sales of one-off services such as 'Voice generator by AI' or 'Voice artist' in this report. However, sales will only be counted since the update.
- ‘Call reports’ tab > Profitability:
- Added a column with information about activation/deactivation fees.
- Added a column with information about suspension/overdue fees.
- ‘Adjustments’ column now also takes into account the manual addition or withdrawal of credits from the customers' balances.
- Also, sales of resellers' own services are now counted here as well.
Channel partner
- ‘Services’ tab > List of any type of services. If a service is no longer available for purchase but has old customers subscribed to it, such services will be labelled as 'Old service' so that you can count them in your statistics.
