2.1.8 Update

Wholesale voice

  • Updates for the ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > History:
    • Added ‘Type’ column.
    • It’s impossible now to delete a history record.
    • You can now quickly mark/unmark a record as important. 
    • You can now select any text in the history record. 
    • Now we display which customer admin made a certain action. Old records will remain just as ‘Customer’. 
    • It’s now possible to display certain customer admin history records via the ‘Author’ filter. 
    • Added a new checkbox to display only records where any customer admin is an author.
    • Increased a limit by which some records are collapsed by default.
  • ‘Inbound DIDs’ tab > ‘Inbound DIDs’ section > ‘Account’ column:
    • If you click on the number, you can go straight to the customer details on the 'Customers' tab
  • SMS configuration changes:
    • SMS is no longer configured per DID group level but per DID pricing template and reserved DIDs.
  • New DID provider — Simwood
    • ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Global configuration’ section > Simwood.
    • Once settings for Simwood are configured, two new buttons for pricing import and numbers reservation will appear in: ‘Inbound DIDs’ tab > ‘Pricing templates’ section.

  • A lot of small polishes for the ‘Customers’ tab > select a customer > History.
  • ‘My account’ tab > ‘My details’ section:
    • Email settings moved to a new section: ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Email configuration’ section.
