Webphone mobile app overview

Compatibility Requirements

The Webphone can only be downloaded if your phone meets the following firmware requirements.
Android - Android 11 and up

Apple - iOS 16.0 and up

 

Important Note

Currently, the Webphone mobile app does not have all the features included in the Webphone browser/desktop versions. We are still working on the following features:

  • CRM Integrations
  • SMS
  • Queue membership
  • Voicemail

How to make a call

 

Use the dial pad to enter a number, then press the call button.

Understanding the Contacts tab

 

In the Contacts tab, you can view your phonebooks and integrate your phone's local contacts.

Understanding the history tab

 

In the history tab you will see a list of your recent calls. You can filter the results using the Filters button, or search for specific numbers in the Search bar.

Understanding settings tab

 

In the settings, you can turn on DND mode (Do Not Disturb) by tapping the buttons at the top.

Change or delete your avatar image.

Change your password

View the Terms and Conditions and log out at the bottom.
